Rules for using the vialid3r.pro website and its reserved areas.
Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the vialid3r.pro website, published by V3R Vialid3r, SAS (see Legal notice). Browsing the site implies their acceptance.
Access to the site
The site is openly accessible, with no registration. Vialid3r strives for continuous availability without guaranteeing it: access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates or external causes.
Acceptable use
The user undertakes to use the site lawfully and fairly. The following are prohibited in particular:
- ›Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the operation of the site (attacks, code injection, deliberate overload).

- ›Impersonating third parties or Vialid3r.
Intellectual property
The site's contents (texts, design, code, graphics, the “Vialid3r” trademark, images and demonstrations with fictitious brands and data) are protected and belong to V3R Vialid3r or authorized third parties — see the “Intellectual and industrial property” section of the Legal notice.
Forms and communications
Data sent through the forms (contact, newsletter) is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy. The user guarantees the accuracy of the data provided.
Miembro Vialid3r area
The members' area is reserved for Vialid3r clients. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable; the client is responsible for safeguarding them and for any access made with them. Vialid3r may suspend access in case of use contrary to these terms or to the client's contract.
Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party websites. Vialid3r does not control and is not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
Vialid3r may update these terms at any time; the applicable version is the one published at the time of browsing. The date of the last revision appears at the top of the page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
