2

What data we collect and for what purpose

We only process the data necessary for the following purposes:

  • Contact and diagnosis form: name, company, email, phone and message, to handle your request and prepare a proposal.
  • Newsletter: your email address, if you agree to receive it (a box you tick yourself, not pre-ticked, in the forms), to send you our periodic newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • Miembro Vialid3r: project data and data of users authorized by the client, to provide the tracking and support service through the member portal.
  • Communications: if you write to us, we keep a record to maintain continuity in the relationship.
3

Legal basis

The processing is based on your consent (forms), on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (proposals and projects), and on the legitimate interest of responding to your communications.

4

Retention

We retain the data for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterward, for the legally required periods (tax and liability). Contact data with no contractual relationship is deleted once it is no longer necessary.

5

Recipients and transfers

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. We rely on technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, email, internal tools), with data hosted within the European Union and contracts compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR.

6

Your rights

You may exercise your rights at any time by writing to ctc@vialid3r.com, attaching proof of identity:

  • Access, rectification and erasure of your data.
  • Restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability.
  • Withdraw consent given, with no retroactive effect.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL, cnil.fr) or, if you reside in Spain, with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, aepd.es).
7

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted, logged access, hosting within the European Union (Hetzner Online GmbH) and, when the project requires it, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) signed from the very first exchange.
